Halloween has come and gone and I feel like we live in a nostalgic movie about Fall. It’s always sunny, the leaves fall from the trees slowly, and the neighborhood children run around playing in the streets dressed in various iterations of queen, superhero, and villain.
We’re thankful for our idyllic year living amongst people from all over the world nestled in the woods along the Potomac River, with warmer weather than we’re used to. We will have one year of seasons here and I’ve utterly fallen in love with fall.
Walking in the densely forested woods has been a big source of inspiration, especially with the colors and a lesser danger of snakes and ticks popping up out of nowhere. So here is a bit of late fall inspiration, new pieces from the studio, and more sightings of our neighborhood fox. Nature persists.
